Product performs really well and is sturdily built. My only problem is the time it took to be delivered to me.

Excellent product and I'm really pleased with it. Having an old patio with some large and some small cracks this tool is perfect as one way is for the large cracks and then turn it over to get into the small cracks. I'm amazed at how the weeds just scrape out with ease. It has a safety cover which clips into place when not in use and the handle is very comfortable to hold. It has an amazing 25-year warranty which will probably outlive me:-)

Works fairly well at scraping, cutting and fishing out weeds but if the head gets stuck in a crack it's pretty easy to bend it. Based on this I'm not sure if the tool will outlive its 25 year warranty but early days yet

Delivery from Tooled Up was excellent. Very prompt. The hand patio weeder was too frail to turn over the flower bed I was weeding and the prongs of the fork bent. A good concept, but more robust construction is needed if the soil is compacted.

This product carries a full 25 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
After the first year any warranty claims should be resolved with the manufacturer directly. To claim the full warranty a registration form may need to be completed - please check the paperwork enclosed with this product when purchased.
