Q : Hi Could you tell me when this will be back in stock please.
A : Hi Dave, I'm not sure if we're planning to order any in to keep in stock here at the moment but according to the current availability info from Bosch they are available now so you can place an order for one on our website (expected to take up to 5 working days to be despatched once an order is placed.)
Q : Hi is this definitely the dab+ version or just FM?
A : Hi Stewart, I've looked into this and it appears there must have been some confusion when Bosch released this radio and the SC version as it looks like they were both described as DAB radios in the original specs. However I can confirm that unfortunately this isn't the case and the C version doesn't have this feature. Apologies and I will get the descriptions amended to reflect this. We do have the SC version listed as well and stock should be arriving towards the end of this month- it's on product ID 21033340

A : Hi Curtis, based on current information from Bosch this is expected to be available around the beginning of July. Once we have concrete information the availability should start to show on the website

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design. Please note that cordless products will normally have a shorter warranty of just 1 Year for the battery and or charger supplied.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
