Our Express Order line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but this line is only available for customers wishing to place a new order, and will be unable to deal with queries relating to existing orders.
If you require assistance with an order that you have already placed please contact customer services during our normal opening hours, 9.00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and seasonal variations.
