Q : Does this fit the DeWalt DCG405FN
A : The DCG405FN isn't mentioned in DeWalt's compatibility list and I presume it probably isn't suitable for use with this cutting guard.
Q : Does this fit the DCG412 angle grinder please?
A : Hi Lance, I've been trying to get a full compatibility list off DeWalt regarding their dust shrouds and cutting guards for some time now but no luck so far - however the user manual for the DWE46225 indicates that the set of black flanges included are compatible with the DCG412 so based on this information it sounds like it should work OK. I've asked if the team in the shop can try and test this with the available stock when they get a chance so will hopefully have more information at some point.
Q : Does this fit the dcg418 angle grinder?
A : I assume it should fit the DCG418 without a problem as it fits the DCG414 and the DCG418 is built into the same housing
Q : Is it the same as dwe46125
A : I'm afraid I'm not sure on this - the DWE46125 appears to have been made for the American market and the only difference I can see on the face of it is that they describe it as being a 115mm and 125mm grinder guard while the DWE6225 is just described as a 125mm grinder guard.
Q : Is this compatible with the 405 grinder?
A : Hi Robin, yes - the DeWalt DWE46225 concrete cutting guard is compatible with the DCG405 18v cordless angle grinder
Q : Does this fit the dcg414 angle grinder?
A : Hi Matthew, yes the DWE46225 cutting guard is compatible with the DeWalt DCG414 125mm Flexvolt angle grinder

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
